A friend was back from overseas for a short visit.
Which can also say,the same person from my past couple of posts.
This is suppose to be a farewell dinner,but the stupid restaurant was closed down. And people was sick,so we couldn't really think of anywhere else to go. I should totally SUE that restaurant.
But it's closed down,how to sue?

Anyway,it's a blardy hot afternoon and we walked from Funan IT mall to Cityhall,to have a drink at Gloria Jeans Coffees. I seriously don't understand why does the coffee word have to add an S behind. Anyway,I don't enjoy my mango smoothie. I initially wanted to get a cookies and cream drink,but mango is my all time favorite. Who knew that it's not going to turn out well?

For pose's sake,I'll just smile even though I don't like it.
I like the price though,it's only $3!

As I was going out this afternoon to meet Hong Peng and walking to the bus stop,there's this uncle cycling behind me,following in a slow manner. What the fuck,he look at me in a pervo way and whistled and started making dirty comments. The last straw came when he said:

I swung around and screamed:

He was very shocked that I yelled at him and quickly cycled away.

Sigh,I thought someone was gonna quarrel with me to start my day. Sad to say,there's no drama for me but it's good,at least it didn't spoil my mood. I hope this uncle gets AIDS man!

Have been going window-shopping for the past 2 days and it was great! I head down to Vivocity on friday evening and walked around Zara,Forever21 and La Senza. Yeap,no more F21 for me. Besides,this season's design doesn't seem to be nice,shall be waiting for the next season before I step foot into their store again

Saw a few nice clothes at Zara,but there is only 1 that caught my eye from River Island and I badly want it! Momsy says that it's too expensive and refused to get me. Honestly,I think it's... Well,expensive but alright for that brand. And it's damn pretty,but a bit too glamorous to wear out on normal occasions. Darling Xue Ting agreed that we can both buy and wear it out together,though people might think that we're SIAO. It's more suitable to be worn on the red carpet instead
Anyways,she went off and I head home to have dinner with XY at 85.

Went to meet HP to get my program but DAMMIT,my laptop was out of battery. There's not a single power socket in Macdonald's at Tampines Mall. Guess they finally realise that people are taking advantage of the power sockets. It auto shut down before the file was transferred. Greattttttt. Mrt down to Orchard to meet Joyce and shop around ION. Thought of visiting LV,which has been reported in the news as Asia's largest LV store. But we saw long queue and decided to head to Burberry instead

Sigh,those are the things that can be seen but not bought .

And love shopping at Sephora,learnt lots of make up tips from the expert Joyce!

Head down to Marina Square after that to meet a bunch of friends and another back from overseas for a short period of time. I ate Japanese Cuisine at the food court and listen to their stories as we catch up with each other. In between 8.15-8.30pm,fireworks exploded in mid-air as they did the NDP preview
It's been a long time since I've seen fireworks
Though it was too crowded,I watch it from inside and sitting with the 3 of them while the rest went out to watch. Headed off to Starbucks afterwards and chat about lots of stuffs.

I like the setting in this starbucks with high ceilings.
Plus suntec's starbucks has good service,even though I didn't order anything this time round.


Something that I tried playing around with the effects.
I like this as it's sharp and clear cut,as well as the colours.

But sadly,I think I've got generation gap with them. I don't watch Star trek (cause I think it's unrealistic. What kind of spaceship that crashes but things doesn't get sucked out immediately?!) though everyone says that the movie was good.
We parted around 11pm and headed home.

So yeah,last Saturday attended the July Babies' Birthday party at Pasir Ris Park

I brought my tent,and my doggies.

I was struggling to hold one puppy in one hand,holding on to the leash of a happy dog on the other hand AND a tent AND a bag. Luckily WeiJie found me soon after I alighted from the cab. Followed by Joyce and Fyn.
Soon after,which the NPCC boys started to pitch up the tent and many people started pouring in.

I honestly,absolutely DO NOT believe in chicken wings at BBQs.
As we were buying drinks for the rest at NTUC,Fyn and Joyce told me that I simply MUST try KZ's chicken wings as they're really different from what I usually eat.

Someone actually invaded my dogs' privacy of shitting in peace!
They pooped all over the place,which turned out to be a chore to chase after them with a plastic bag to clean up.
Someone was very mean also,they all keep saying want to BBQ my dogs!
And still can say that the black one is chaota(overfried) one and the white one is raw one,tender and nice!
T_T!!

At the end of the day,where the sun is setting.
And everyone is happy,with KZ's superb delicious chicken wings!

Halfway,it rained and everyone cramped into my tent,which is actually not enough.
Don't know to say whether it's worser or better,Andy and Alton came!
Okay la,cause not enough space to shelter them and glad that they can make it for the party.
As we can't start the fire,some of us gave up and started playing black jack.
Which the loser actually has to do many silly things.

Just another normal day,had Chinese Oral exam after school and Dhoby Ghaut for movies with clique. Had a movie at 5.15pm,Harry Potter and the half blood prince.

ANYWAYS.
Being hungry,we went to the basement Macdonalds to eat. Sihui wasn't hungry so Cheryl and I went to the counter to order. I stood beside her as she moved aside to let me order. Just as I was about to open my mouth,this xiaomeimei stepped up immediately and start ordering.

Let's just call her xiaomeimei okay? For she had eyeliner,cheap foundation that doesn't suit her and perhaps contact lens? I did not bother to look carefully,but it just reminded me of some ahlian wannabe kid.
Much like how I look like back then,at least for a period of time.
But I am NOT a ahlian/ahlian wannabe.


But she's different,she looked just like a little child.

I stared in amazement while she chanted and the cashier nod and nod.
She was spoke pretty fast so it probably happened within a second before I said:
"Excuse me,I am here first. And I'm still waiting to order."
Shouted in fact,because I spoke louder than I intended.

I have an excuse okay,when you wanna prevent someone/something and you're anxious,

I proceed to order and waited. I don't need to look,but call it woman's intuition. I don't have to turn and look at her but I know she's very pissed off and couldn't wait to badmouth me. As I wait while the runner process my order,she and her friends+ xiaoboyboy bf ordered EXTRA small coke or something. And they stood by the door talking about me,while her friend looked in my direction.

If she is really unhappy about it,she could have talked to me about it.

Honestly,I would have apologized to her.

But she did not. If it gives her satisfaction by telling her friends about me,go ahead! When people badmouth others,they tend to hope that the victim would look in their direction. So that they'll get their chance to stare at them. Much as I guess,tomorrow after a night's sleep,I'll wake up and find this ridiculous.

Caught a movie at 5.20pm with XY after she's fixed her phone.
For gawd's sake,we were 10minutes late to the movie as we were chatting while eating our McSpicy meal. None of us had a watch or could look at our phone as it's either under repair or no battery. So,we missed the first part of it. Shucks.

Obsessed

Here we see a successful, family oriented man named Derek (Idris Elba), who comes across a seductive temp worker, Lisa (Ali Larter), who instantly showed signs of a psycho freak as she couldn't take her eyes of him, read into his profile background and the next day, positioned herself as his personal assistant. It's tough to see what a perfect husband Derek is, constantly rejecting sexual offers from the sexy blonde. What a wonderful world, isn't it? This act plants no sense of guilty pleasure that would've made this film even better, if only he had wanted to sleep with her, adding more into the plot. The dirty martini lover, Lisa is a good liar who's plain sick in the head and that's purely what gets the ball rolling ever since she set her eyes on Derek.

Idris Elba manages a good range of emotions, from sweet to sad to furious, while Ali Larter does justice to the words delusional and seductive. Singer Beyonce Knowles showcases what she can do as an actress, playing a strong, no nonsense character Sharon who inevitably is an independent woman. Knowles aptly fits the role very well, having being known as an independent woman herself after her split from Destiny's Child.

The last 15 minutes of the movie takes the cake with a girl-on-girl smackdown, where Lisa fights for Derek and well, Sharon gets her catfight on not for her husband but mainly because Larter made in contact with her child. Guess she wasn't so 'Crazy In Love' as compared Lisa.

So, a psychotic temp stalks a successful businessman and only the man's equally psychotic wife can stop her. "Obsessed" is a good title, but if only there was something more to add to just being... well, obsessed.

Great movie. The guy is apparently not at all tempted by the temptress despite the fact she is super hot and seductive as a secretary. How far can a psychotic bitch go in order to get what she wants? Kidnapping? Committing suicide? Lying?
Singers can't act? Think again.
Beyonce really showed how she can be fierce when there's another woman snatching her husband,fighting actions where you might think it's just clawing and slappings.

Hell no!

Beyonce really knows how to punch.
And Ali really knows how to kick and seduce.
Hmmm,sexy.

Mind you,Ali Larter is hawt even as she plays the temptress
