Life in Penang Day 1

It's been more than a week since I first landed on the soil of Penang.
The day before, wednesday,I stayed over and we took a private transport from his place straight to the airport. Boarded AirAsia at 11.30 and landed around 1pm,I think.
His sis and mom came to fetch us,headed for Pizza Hut at Giant over there.
Got my slippers as it broke already, what the hell.
Anyway, let's skip all the ladida~ and head straight to his place okay?

He's been very excited, and couldn't stop telling me that he can't wait to drive his car again!
For christ's sake,I've been afraid of his monster car that holds an insane engine inside.
He has modified his car,omigosh.
He called his friends, and they came down to the carpark with him. Thought the car couldn't start because of flat battery, but he plug his key into the ignition and after trying for so long, the car roared to life. And he warmed up the engine by constantly stepping down the accelerator.

Vrooooom!
Vroooooomm!!
Vrooooooooooooommmm!!!

And so,the car was so loud that I wonder how many miles around could hear his car.
Just exaggerating. Pardon me for this long passage,I know nuts about cars and am fascinated by this mere 10 min in the car park. It was so loud that I had to cover my ears, yet the other 2 of his friends and him look earnestly to the car with some kind of fascinated expression on their face.
Oh fine,let's just move on.

We set down our stuffs at his place, and head off to Macdonalds.
Wait, let me give you a glimpse of his wonderful house.
Night view
Night View
Unable to see penang bridge, sigh. Below is a expressway.

View from the first floor,a wonder sunset.

And somebody suggested to head off to some place called "Coffee Island".
I seriously thought we're gonna drive out of Penang and go to some island.
But no,it's a nice coffee area near Gurney Plaza.

After went off to wash his car, watched his friends fixed them car at some place which I don't know. But funnily, the workshop is a terrace house. Had seafood dinner with his mom and sis only,as his dad was overseas. It was super delicious, the chicken and the sauce, tom yam soup.
Hell,do I have to fly to Penang to find good food? I polished up 1 and 1/2 bowl of rice,bf said it's the first time he saw me having such a huge appetite. So huge that we ordered another plate of chicken and cockles.

He have 2 clique, one for gaming and one for cars racing. So after we ate with his family,we went to meet his gaming friends. As we enjoyed a huge glass of longan drink at Times Square(I think),he and his friends joke around. Even though I can only partially understand what they were saying as they are speaking in Hokkien. Even spoke about Singapore too!
At a point of time where we're about to leave,he asked if I brought my passport out. I said no,and we had to rushed all the way back home as he was worried that there might be road blocks and the police might want to see my identity. As he stepped on his accelerator and the car roared past his friends,I can barely see their faces.
*The next day at the party, his friends told him:
" I know you're a racer, but yesterday was the first time we see you driving so fast"

After getting my passport,it was well after midnight. But that idiot seems to be too popular.
I'm really tired already, but he still have to meet his race clique friends to play lan!
It's the first time I played Call of Duty though. We probably finished around 2am and headed home for sleep.

Life in Penang Day 2

We woke up pretty late,or I should say,I.
He woke up pretty early to go and cut and dye his hair.
And we went shopping for clothes at Queensbay Mall.
There isn't much branded boutiques over there. He bought some shirts from Padini while I had to run around seeing what I can buy.The first shop that we walked in was GUESS.
And I saw this super nice shirt but not worth the money. It cost 259RM. So we went off to Padini. Given less than an hour to find something nice,I was under stress and did something dreadful. I bought a not-so-nice dress with a belt from TOPSHOP and the amount chalked up to 249RM. But I had to,because there's no other nice stalls with good fashion in them! As I came out of the store, feeling a little gek xim(heart ache) as I just spend $100 on stupid TOPSHOP,I saw GUESS opposite TOPSHOP.
I suddenly thought about the black dress that I saw earlier in GUESS.

And I totally felt like I could just bang my head on the wall and die.

Anyway, the party was great, played until after midnight. Met lots of his friends, relatives.
Can you believe this bottle is a whiskey?

I don't know how does a whiskey looks like, but I thought the bottle would looked much more fiercer than this. This looked like a champagne bottle!
But oh well, this IS a whiskey.
Steering wheel, for him to continue upgrading his car
and fly off the cliff while racing.
I'm becoming a widow soon.

Tell you one secret, his friends were joking about it at the party.
He can closed people's side mirrors when he's angry!
When I asked how did he do that, turned out he sacrificed his own side mirror by driving up really close to the car and bang shut their side mirrors! To him,he doesn't need the mirrors anyway.

Sat was out with XT,she's the first few who wished me happy birthday! Thanks for staying out with me until 11+. Shopped at Orchard and stupid TANGS was having some retarded promotions for VISA members. WHAT THE HELL!!

Well, here are some of my birthday presents!

Sat was my birthday,so I went out with a few bloggers, watched Angels and Demons.
Finally this much awaited show has came out,and it's more fantastic than I ever thought!
It was hinted in the interview that Vatican didn't allow them to come and film there, though Vatican had denied it as a marketing gimmick. Gees,I rather believe the movie directors. It's such a sad thing that they had to cut a lot of scenes to make it shorter, otherwise I believe it would have been even more exciting. Vatican SHOULD have allowed them,it provides more knowledge to the public, and I don't think it had put a bad impression on Catholic in any ways. I now knew that there's a chimney to decide the Pope, how did they do it and how respected Popes and priests were. It made them more admirable though I would not change my faith in Buddhism.

Outside the theatre, and I was late for 15min! But managed to catch the show in time.

I'm going to get the book! Give it to me as birthday present for those who owe me please,I need a sweeter 16 than this!
Weijie was so nice to treat us all an ice cream. But because he owed us all $0.50 for the movie tickets after we paid him $10.
Wait,I think my finger blocked the other 2 girl's ice cream.
Let me just add 2 more cones in alright?
So sorry,babes!

At night went to celebrate with my dear and sponge, the rest don't know disappear to where.
Also don't know why,but I know I cannot expect much.
Something that my bro gave, specially ran all the way to the airport to buy.
So sweet :D
Have no idea that it was Christmas,I wonder where did he get this wrapping.
My birthday cake, mocha cake. Dear bought it for me :D
Hey,I'm 16 okay. One of the candle is hidden behind the other.
Cheryl and Sihui gave me this before I went to Johor.
Refer to earlier post,s'il vous plait(please)!

Updating photo shoot soon!
I ought to blog something.
Especially about my birthday and photo shoot with Michael, but soon, guys.
Soon.
Need to wait for him to send me the pictures first.
Plus it's my exam period now.

Today started with no signs of approaching dawn but brown clouds.
It's 6.30am,the time for me to go to school.
As the sky got lighter and lighter,it revealed a pending heavy storm.
I went to the bakery shop to change shillings for my 3 buses bus-fare as SOMEONE had not transferred me the money to buy the concession yet. I had wanted to walk to my primary school's bus stop to save time, but the droplets began falling. It grew to a heavy storm where I could not see 5 meters in front. I munch on my bread and watched the rain fall,my day began.

This 2 weeks are my exam period,my apologies that I cannot do a good post.
Saw quite a few strange things today,or so to me.

A kid eating at the kopitiam outside my school. The left side of his whole face was freshly scratched and blood on it,like he just fell and scraped his face.
Yet he happily digging into his bak chor mee as though nothing is wrong.

I nearly wanted to rush over and tend to him, asking him if anything was wrong. But he looked so happy with his noodles, and on second thought, his mom is probably around to take care of him. What struck me was the strange scratch on his face, yet he seemed ignorant of it.
A man(probably a neighbourhood cleaner) plucking out mosses that grown in between the curb on the side of the road.
Why did he do that? Did these little lives get in the way of the cars and will they cause any accidents? They're just little moss. I don't know, just found it weird.

Lastly, rant! The moment I told my clique in school,Cheryl rolled her eye and said:"There she go again, she always have things to complain about one leh!"
Yupe, certainly! I was thirsty,so I went out to the provision shop to get a drink. I took a Jolly Shandy Lychee, and guess what the AUNTIE told me?
"Students in school uniform are not allowed to buy this."
And I replied
"But everywhere, the government has range this under the non-alcoholic drink already."
She did what others would call,KAO PEI back to me:
"Still, you are not allowed to buy."

Eh,hello! The government has put this under the non-alcoholic drink section already as it's only 0.5% of alcohol. I seriously MUST feedback this to the MOH,ministry of health or something. I MUST ask them,if they range this as a non-alcoholic drink, they should ALLOW students to buy IN THEIR SCHOOL UNIFORM. If they don't allow, why in the first place range it as non-alcoholic drink? Then you might as well as change back to the alcoholic range. Don't give me the bullshit about people buying this in their home clothes, you mean when you're school uniform, you're not allowed to do 101 things?
COME ON,PEEPORS!

Hello to Rihanna fans out there,
I have something which I'm not sure might shock you.
It might and might not be her,the decision is up to you to decide.
"According to TMZ, RiRi's label, Island Def Jam, sent a letter to at least one site demanding the photos be removed, calling them a violation of "the Artist's rights." It does not deny (or confirm) if the pics are really Rihanna."
-Hollywood Gossips.com
How hot is her ass? Is this for chris?
Did she feel horny and started grabbing her own bum?
Now,this does looks weird. Like she's high on drugs on something.
I'm starting to feel disgusted to have her pics up here.
I love you scribbled on the mirror,is this again for Chris?
Alright,this seriously freaks me out.
Let's get outta here.

Hey guys,
Mother's day just went by.
So was my mom's birthday. Hers is on the 8th,friday.
Hehe, saves me some money and not needing to buy 2 presents.
On friday,
I went to Eu Yang Seng and got her a bottle of Honey Vinegar for health restoration.
Honey Vinegar (400ml)
Honey Vinegar is derived from the natural fermentation of 100% pure honey. Today's affluent lifestyle often leads us to consume food, which contains excessive animal fats and proteins. Over a prolonged period, these saturated fats, which continuously clog our body system and manifest as toxins and lipids are harmful to the human body.

On a quantum scale, our body becomes increasingly under siege and will become unable to detoxify itself. Unlike commercially available vinegar, Honey Mart Honey Vinegar is specially derived from the natural fermentation process that brings along the pure honey taste and fragance.

Honey Mart Honey Vinegar is rich in enzymes and the compound is an acid drink that restores the pH balance in out body.
Benefit :
Enhance digestion
Lowers bad cholesterol
Nourishes and rejuvenates skin
Helps to lose weight
Prevents apathy, hay fever, sore throat, stomach discomfort
Promotes blood circulation
Increases assimilation by the various organs

Gees,all the la-di-da~
Skip them la~
My mom praised me for being a filial girl!*beam*

Then she went off to the temple to pray while I waited for my dear to come and we'll go together. On sat,it was vesak day but we decided to go shopping at VivoCity then Orchard.
Yes baby, shopping is my love! But sadly, there's no money for me to buy clothes. It's okay, there's nothing nice in BEBE or Forever 21 anyway. Didn't had a chance to walk around Tangs as something cropped up. Yes,I finally fulfilled my cravings for the Shi Lin chicken steak and Hong Kong milk tea! As we went back to Admiralty,I had a shock when dear emerged from the bakery with 8 buns. EIGHT! Can you believe it? Is he insane?!

Anyway, ear pain again. Late to go to Cheryl's house.

Happy Birthday to Big Sissy!
And happy first month anniversary to Brushup&Yvonne!

Big sissy, older by one year liao, better grow up and not fall of cliffs!
Hopefully can come back and celebrate your birthday with you over there :D

*Updated*
Here's sissy's birthday cake.
Haha, you must be wondering why wasn't it a cake and candle but a STUPID bun with a cigg.
As it gets closer to midnight, all the bakery shops have closed and the only store that might sell cakes would be 7-11. However, the likes of any strawberry or chocolate cheesecakes could not be found there. I then suggested for Mango Pudding, but greedy CS must have been feeling hungry, for he looked at the bun and affirmed that David would love it.

Since David likes to smoke so much, his candle would be substituted by a cigarette.
Indeed,it was a pleasant surprise for him.
I even thought of putting 4 cigarettes,since it's his 22 birthday.
But he would seriously die earlier if he ever smoke all 4 at one go.
Yupe,he shared the bun with us and smoke the 'candle' cigarette though the filter was quite blocked with Chicken sauce.

Delicious filter? Chew it.

Okay, resting long enough but I crave for more!

Friday

Am suppose to reach the custom by 10am,but I woke up late.
Went over to Cheryl's house where she and Sihui are waiting for me.
Omigosh,I am damn surprise and happy when they made board with all our pictures on it.
So touched, they really made the effort and her grandma cook breakfast for us!
Next would be the usual Emi cake, which we always get for our clique's birthday.
Though each year there's lesser people.
We then went downstairs and keep taking photos, imitating PCD and some korean stars.

Around 2pm then I reach Woodlands Checkpoint.
What a big jam to reach Malaysia Checkpoint.
Walked alone to the hotel to find them.

We sang K at Neway or whatever that is,something like Singapore's KBOX.
What amazed me was that, they have buffet too!
Wow,I seriously didn't know that, was quite amazed. Singapore doesn't have this.
Overall,it only cost 45RM. Which is around $20 to sing and eat all you want.
Isn't that a bargain?!

SOMEONE spilled the rice while bringing it back to the room.
Look at the food, and there's seriously more than this.

We sang until near midnight and after Sponge went back the hotel to rest while the rest of us watched X Men. Woah,I'm telling you,I totally am in love with Hugh Jackman! He's so hunky and his acting is good,I bet he's got a great personality. Anyway, went back to the hotel to sleep until the next day 3pm.

Saturday

We woke up pretty late. By then,CS is up and about. Knocking at our doors to wake us up.
We took a cab to some place called Pelangi, where we wanted to try the fish spa.
Guess what? They were closed! Oh sad,I was looking forward to put my stinking feet in to kill the fishes! Anyway,we had Bak Kut Teh nearby. We just ordered without asking for the price. In the end,it turned out to be even more expensive yet not delicious than Singapore.
Overall,it cost around 70+rm. The stupid boys were chewing ice, spitting at each other and 'hitting balls',literally. You can probably lose weight while laughing at their stupid actions.

We took another cab to Sentosa,
(isn't it funny that they have the same names as in Singapore?)
However,Sentosa there is nothing like Singapore's. The buildings seemed to be half constructed, deserted and there's a lot of bridal shop along the streets. We managed to found the snooker place, where we opened a room for ourselves and played for 2hours.
Seriously,snooker is quite hard.
I think other than Brushup and David, the rest of us scored negatives.
But still,I'm the third among the 6 of us,yay!

We went back to the hotel after that and watched movies on his laptop while Brushup and QR sneak out to watch a midnight movie. CS followed them to Mcdonalds to get some salt for our room, heard them saying there might be something 'dirty' in our room.
No matter how many times we washed them off,the maggots would still come back on our toilet floor. Which is really disgusting and they accompanied us throughout the stay in the hotel.
I would attribute them to poor piping. The hotel's 1st floor corner rooms seemed to be very dirty. Last time when we came,Sponge and CS had to sleep on the 1st floor, corner room too! And they heard mouse squeaking in the air ventilation in the toilet after they've smoked. The mouse is probably dying from inhaling their second-hand smoke.
View from my window.
Another shot.
Is this really our haunted room?
Utter bull.
Worms might have just fell off the ceiling right?
Maggots
In soap dish too!
And on the floor.
It rained that night,we heard QR and brushup returning late and closing the door. They must have ran in the rain.
But the heavy rain was nice, our hotel's window was big. Plus the lamppost is just outside our window, air con at 16 degrees. Shiok?

Sunday

We finally woke up 10min before checkout time. So we quickly packed our stuffs and moved off.
Head down to City Square where Sponge got himself a new cap.
I was shopping at the shoes shop. I waited and waited for them to come back and look for me but they went for pretty long. Being irritated,I went Coffee Bean to look for QR and Brushup where they're enjoying afternoon tea. As I sat and chatted with QR,I saw 3 familiar people. And they are happily holding shopping bags, wtf.

It was then I saw something different, one of them are holding a huge...
Omg,don't tell me.
Please.
No.
OMG.

A SUPER HUGE HELLO KITTY!
Yeap,my dearest bought me that hello kitty. Unfortunately,I'm lazy to connect the cam and upload,so no pics ;) And we enjoyed our cakes and frappucino.
Chocolate brownie.
Cranberry scone.

We waited for pretty long to reach Singapore's custom.
Being kiasu Singaporeans,we were walking very quickly to queue up at the checkpoint.
There was this bloody woman, who kept stepping on my heels.
I was very tempted to turn behind and ask her in chinese:
"Are you in a hurry to go reincarnate?"
But I just turned and stared at here. David knew why I was so irritated.
After stepping on me several times, she did not even say sorry but said "Excuse me!"
Hello? You stupid frigging ol'lady! Can't you see that we're walking super fast already, and there's people in front of us,how the fuck are you going to get past them?!

We both went up different escalator and she ended up in front of me.
I was very angry,so I decided to take revenge by stepping her back.

Step.
Step.
STEP.

She turned around and scolded me:
"Step step step, you step some more ah,I'm warning you."
David was dulan also,he shouted at her:
"Fuck your mother la. Ci bai."
She shouted back:
"Fuck your father la."

Woah, war war?! She quickly disappeared among the crowd.
David was so angry that he was still ranting even after we left the custom.
He was telling us,if he meet that woman again,he'd beat her up.
And he said that since she challenged back to him saying fuck your father, his response would be:

"Okay lah,I give you my father's number and you give me your mother's number.
I will tell her how much I enjoy fucking her."
OMG.
